Providing health services to medically underserved people in the 7 county metro area and 9 neighboring counties. Patients must be without health insurance and cannot be receiving assistance from any government subsidy programs.

Free services
Clinic visits, lab tests, x-rays, diagnostic tests, and most medications are provided. Specialty referrals provided. Patients who are eligible are assisted with applications for Minnesota's public health care programs.

(Prenatal, mental health, and dental services are not available and emergency trauma or critical care cannot be provided. St. Mary's Health Clinics cannot provide care for complicated, multiple chronic conditions).
