Children's Advocates Introduce Minnesota Children's Health Security Act

Legislation that would provide universal health care coverage to all Minnesota children was unveiled at a press conference this morning by the Children's Defense Fund Minnesota, State Senator Yvonne Prettner Solon (Duluth) and State Representative Paul Thissen (Minneapolis).
