This $28 million Promise Neighborhood grant will focus on early education supporting children and families in north Minneapolis. We're thrilled that our valued partner, NAZ, will be able to continue and enhance their collaborative work to help Minnesota's youngest learners and close the achievement gap. The NAZ model is inspired by the work of Harlem Children's Zone founder, Geoffrey Canada, a member of the Children's Defense Fund national Board of Directors.
