In addition to offering all of our publications electronically on this website, Children's Defense Fund Minnesota also provides printed copies to interested persons at no charge. You may order publications by e-mail, fax or phone. If possible, please complete the Publication Request Form, and return it by fax or as an e-mail attachment.

Three Ways to Order Publications:
- E-mail completed Publication Request Form (as an attachment) to publications@cdf-mn.org.
- Fax completed Publication Request Form to 651-227-2553.
- Call our Publications Line at 651-855-1183. Please indicate which publication(s) you would like, how many copies, and clearly state your name, phone number, mailing address, and e-mail address, if you have one.
You may request up to 15 copies of any item. For larger requests, please indicate in your email, fax or phone message how you intend to use the publications. CDF may need to limit quantities. We cannot guarantee that publications will be available. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
